Omelet(te?)!

I’ve started eating more omelets:


You can’t tell, but there is feta and fresh thyme in there. I’ve never really understood thyme before, but this made me an instant convert: lemony, fresh, delicious.



I actually ate this yesterday, right after buying everything (except the feta) from the market. So fresh, so good.

Eggtuna? Gesundheit!

Tuna salad like my aunt used to make: tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped celery, salt & pepper. The mustard makes it. Tomato and spinach because that’s what we had lying around.
